Sanofi Kuala Lumpur with Beach Series Team Building at Golden Sands Penang

On the July 7, a half day beach series team building was held at the beach of Batu Ferringhi, Penang utilising the beach areas of Golden Sands Resort.

It begins early in the morning with everyone looked very tired and sleepy but after the 1st challenge, all the participants are re-energized. We had arranged a ice breaking session where teams required to perform a unique stretching ‘ You Stretch, I Stretch”. Whereby opponents must be able to mimic the stretching or otherwise getting wet by the opponent’s water guns. In order to avoid being forfeited, team members encouraging each other to conduct difficult stretching and poses. With the team spirit in the air and the cold water sprayed on them, all the participants were fully awaken to embrace the arranged challenges.

A dodge ball game empowered by Running Man concept where teams trying their best to eliminate the opponent’s queen. This is definitely a very challenging team work game where team leader will need to assign roles to everyone based on their ability and strength!

A team VS team challenge where teams competing by shooting their sandals to the furthest distance to begin the next race with water bottle in between legs.

During the race, opponents were given water-guns to slow down and complicated their opponents while competing in this relay race. Since we are at the beach, we ended the team building activities by providing pails filled with water and water-guns for free battle.
