AMD Malaysia with Corporate Team Building Special Series at Genting Highland

Once again we were glad being awarded with the responsibility to conduct AMD corporate team building activities in Genting Highland. Aside from arranging its Annual Dinner in the evening, a short Team Building programs had being carried out the moment all the 240 participants arrive at the bottom hill of Genting Highland.

Malaysia Genting Awana Team Building Activities

We had picked Awana Genting as the location to flag off the program and unfortunately it was raining. Therefore the first programs had to switch into a shaded empty carparks.

Upon completion of the challenges , each team were given Running Balls accordingly to the team achievements and ranks. The mission of this Team Building is to collect and win as many Running Ball as possible. All the collected Running Balls will then be insert into a Lotto Machine which will be conducted during the Evening Dinner. During the dinner, the Balls will be drawn out from the Lotto Machine to identify the winning team. Therefore, team with more Running Balls will be advantages but if luck is on your side, even team with less Running Balls may win too.

Malaysia Genting Snow World Team Building Activities

After the 1^st Challenge, all teams depart to board onto the Genting Skyway which will lead them to following challenges at Genting SnowWorld. We had the remaining 3 challenges were conducted both inside and outside of the SnowWorld. Participants were excitingly engaged in the challenges. The team building was conducted in the sub-zero environment and also involving toboggan as part of the challenges mechanism.

As soon as all the challenges were completed, all the collected Running Balls were marked with the Team Name. The team then drop the balls into the Lotto Machine for later event in the evening.

Western Digital Penang with Team Building Beach Series at Batu Ferringhi, Penang

Once again we are back to Team Building Penang Beach Series at the Batu Ferringhi Beach. This time we are with Western Digital R&D Dept. It’s a Half day programs with 5 Team Building activities arranged.

This round we decided to use all the new customized programs for this Team Building Event at the beach. We begin the event with Team Formation as Ice Breaking Session. Teams required to strategize among themselves to create a unique team poses that disable opponent teams to mimic at. Aside that, the participants also go through a Team Cheering challenge that test their team work. Instead of providing teams with point system, we had introduced the Running Cards to collect along all the challenges.

Moving next to physical challenge with our Mystery Box. For this challenge participants require to guess the items in the mysterious box which place in a great distance away. Since this is an endurance challenge, the team will then organize their team members efficiently and roles distributions.

Other challenges are which arranged to challenge the participants in effective communications and focusing on the objectives. Instead of conducting it in traditional boring ways, we had injecting some pure fun in our customized challenges /programs.

At the finale round, a last challenge, teams will then utilize all the collected Running Cards to built the tallest tower. At this very moment, participants were both excited and stunt and realized how important and advantageous of accomplishing well in all earlier challenges. As the team with tallest tower shall be crowned the winning team of that Team Building.

It’s the 2^nd year we had been engaged to organize the annual Team Building for AMD Penang. Utilizing the 3^rd party venue of The Top Komtar , Penang which comprising several unique venue demographics to pull out interesting indoor team building Penang programs.

This round, we imposed our customized team building programs at its Rainbow Skywalk, Penang Street Gallery, Boutique Aquarium, Jurassic Research Center, Tech Dome and Durian King of Fruits.

With the theme of “The Land Before Time” , participants had to accomplish multiple challenges in order to obtain the highest collectable gold coins. With 24 teams of total 240 participants embraced all our 10 customized challenges in this Full Day program.

Infineon Singapore with Heritage Series Team Building Event in Georgetown Penang

\With total of 210 participants from overseas Infineon with joined collaboration with Event Planner from Penang & Singapore. Georgetown, Penang had been picked for their half day team building programs.

The exclusive customized team building activities were conducted at Majestic Theatre, Chowrasta Market, Armenian Street and Church Street of Penang.

The kicked off of the team building was held at Majestic Theatre with spacious gather point and one of the best impression of Penang heritage preserved building. The moment participants arrived with their chartered coaches, they were amazed with the fascinating restored old theatre’s interior and exterior.

Teams are split to 10 pax per team and accompanied with our local female game guides. Game guides will be the guide to our road safety, guiding direction and providing general information to all the foreign participants.

General and safety briefing were also conducted by the Organizer with slides presentation on the projector screen on stage. Game Marshall took over from the Organizer and begins the arranged team building programs.

Our iconic Penang heritage team building program with the local street food hunt program. The food hunt challenge is also aligned with challenge while tasting the foods accordingly around the Penang Georgetown City. Team will also board the trishaws and travel through the heritage trail of Penang. While on the trishaws, teams were given a mini challenge before arrived the next checkpoint.

NAGASE did their mall hunt team building program with mini games (Mall Scavenger Hunt) at the Queensbay Mall Penang. A total of 25 pax participants took part in this half day program where list of riddles which consist of tricky questions and photo hunts are given as game scroll.

The gathering was held at the front of Neway Karaoke in Queensbay Mall where the general and safety briefing of the team building were presented at. The moment, Queensbay Mall is open for public, the team departs and the challenge begins.

The answers can be obtained at the common walkway of the mall where team members are scratching their heads to encrypted the various questions. There are also 2 bonus Clues Stations throughout the challenge to enable the teams to obtain further clues. Upon completion of it’s mini challenges, the team may pick one of the question for extra clues.

Aside from the head cracking questions and photo hunting, there’s also a bonus challenge with involved the teams to purchased the cheapest items from the mall. The programs ended with winner announcement and vouchers as prizes were given away to the winning team.

MTSC Solution carried out an extraordinary team building in Penang which was held at Escape Theme Park Penang with an amount of 34 participants. It was a full day team building program with collaboration of Escape Team Staff from the Escape Theme Park Penang.

Teams was greeted outside the park entrance, where the participants are excitedly ready for the adventure and the challenge. Despite the weather seems like its raining soon, the Game Marshall without hesitation conducted its general briefing and safety of the park. The teams are directed to the “Adventure Play” for first 4 challenges. Upon arriving at the park, group photos were taken with the complimentary team building event banner. Point System Cards are also distributed to the participants in order to record down their achievements and point contribution to their teams. In a while later, it drizzled and yet the participants continue embracing their challenges after obtaining safe green lights from the Escape Park Team Staffs to proceed.

The teams regathered once again after all the completion of team building challenges at the Adventure Play (Dry Park) and ready to proceed to the Water Play (Water Park).

Teams are given chance to change into their suits before entering the water park and all personal belongings were safely kept in the provided lockers. Before the second sets of team building challenges commencing at the Water Park, teams were arranged with lunch break. Foods & Drinks were pre-ordered from Escape Park and being held at the designated area with proper dining amenities.

After the lunch and some decent break time, teams are sent to several team building stations in the Water Park. The challenges here are customized by our team with the remaining challenges awaiting. In order to allow the participants to enjoy the rest of the day and exploring further at the parks, we ended the team building programs after a final group photo with a big water splashed at the Water Playhouse.

Sanofi Kuala Lumpur with Beach Series Team Building at Golden Sands Penang

On the July 7, a half day beach series team building was held at the beach of Batu Ferringhi, Penang utilising the beach areas of Golden Sands Resort.

It begins early in the morning with everyone looked very tired and sleepy but after the 1st challenge, all the participants are re-energized. We had arranged a ice breaking session where teams required to perform a unique stretching ‘ You Stretch, I Stretch”. Whereby opponents must be able to mimic the stretching or otherwise getting wet by the opponent’s water guns. In order to avoid being forfeited, team members encouraging each other to conduct difficult stretching and poses. With the team spirit in the air and the cold water sprayed on them, all the participants were fully awaken to embrace the arranged challenges.

A dodge ball game empowered by Running Man concept where teams trying their best to eliminate the opponent’s queen. This is definitely a very challenging team work game where team leader will need to assign roles to everyone based on their ability and strength!

A team VS team challenge where teams competing by shooting their sandals to the furthest distance to begin the next race with water bottle in between legs.

During the race, opponents were given water-guns to slow down and complicated their opponents while competing in this relay race. Since we are at the beach, we ended the team building activities by providing pails filled with water and water-guns for free battle.
